Day 7: Blah Blah

I’m still not feeling great. My mind is like jelly. Will go back to more substantial writing once I get better.

In other news, I’m going to try out the ketogenic diet now that it’s warmer. That’s essentially high fat, moderate protein, and low carb. I think it will help me with a lot of health issues I’ve been having.

I made keto-friendly crackers out of almond flour, cream cheese, butter, and egg. They taste decent.
